You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the site you represent that you are a qualified researcher, institution, or business purchasing these products for lawful laboratory research purposes only.

All products sold by Stakk are research-grade reference compounds supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Products are not for human or veterinary consumption and may not be administered to humans or animals. By purchasing, you accept sole responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, use, and disposal of all materials.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and discontinue any product at any time. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card details. An order is not confirmed until payment is authorized.

Shipping options and estimated timeframes are presented at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring that the products may lawfully be shipped to, and received at, your destination, and for any import requirements, restrictions, or duties that apply.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree that you will not:

• administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal body;
• resell, repackage, or market any product for human consumption or as a drug, supplement, food, or cosmetic;
• misrepresent the nature, source, or intended use of any product; or
• use any product in violation of applicable law or regulation.

Research compounds may be hazardous and must be handled only by qualified individuals using appropriate safety controls. You assume all risks associated with the receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laboratory, safety, and environmental requirements.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product data, is owned by or licensed to Stakk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without our prior written permission.

Except for a product's batch-specific certificate of analysis, the site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stakk and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stakk, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
