Returns & Refund Policy

Because our products are research-grade reference compounds whose integrity depends on an unbroken chain of custody, all sales are final. We stand behind every shipment and will make it right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a shipment leaves our facility, its storage conditions and handling are outside our control. For the safety and reliability of the research community, we cannot accept returns of products for resale. Except as described below, orders are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you, provided you report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date. Please retain the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

3. How to Submit a Claim

To request a replacement or refund, email orders@mystakk.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the problem; and
  • clear photos of the affected items and packaging, where applicable.

Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps, typically within a few business days.

4. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After a refund is approved, please allow up to 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or a shipping label has been created, it can no longer be canceled, but it may qualify under the damaged or incorrect terms above.

6. Lost or Stolen Shipments

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if a shipment is lost in transit, contact us at orders@mystakk.com and we will help you open a claim with the carrier. Resolution depends on the carrier's investigation.
